Finish Logic (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information and to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013) ("POPIA"). This notice sets out how we act as a Responsible Party, the rights you have as a data subject, and how to contact us or the Information Regulator.

We process personal information lawfully and in a reasonable manner that does not infringe your privacy. We apply the eight conditions for lawful processing set out in POPIA: accountability, processing limitation, purpose specification, further processing limitation, information quality, openness, security safeguards, and data subject participation.

We process personal information to respond to demo and sales enquiries, to provide and operate the Finish Logic quoting platform, to support our customers, and to meet our legal obligations. We collect only the information we need for these purposes.
