POPIA Notice

Finish Logic (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information and to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013) ("POPIA"). This notice sets out how we act as a Responsible Party, the rights you have as a data subject, and how to contact us or the Information Regulator.

We process personal information lawfully and in a reasonable manner that does not infringe your privacy. We apply the eight conditions for lawful processing set out in POPIA: accountability, processing limitation, purpose specification, further processing limitation, information quality, openness, security safeguards, and data subject participation.

We process personal information to respond to demo and sales enquiries, to provide and operate the Finish Logic quoting platform, to support our customers, and to meet our legal obligations. We collect only the information we need for these purposes.

Advertising measurement. Our website can set Google Ads cookies to measure which of our adverts lead to a demo request. These are set only with your consent, which we ask for on your first visit and which you may decline without losing access to any part of the site. Where we rely on consent as the lawful basis, you may withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• Be notified that your personal information is being collected, or has been accessed without authorisation.
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request the correction, destruction or deletion of your information.
• Object, on reasonable grounds, to the processing of your information.
• Not have your information processed for direct marketing by unsolicited electronic communications, except as permitted by law.
• Submit a complaint to the Information Regulator.
