These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Finish Logic website and quoting platform (together, the "Service"), provided by Finish Logic (Pty) Ltd ("Finish Logic", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Finish Logic provides field-first quoting software for measured-to-fit trades — including blinds, shutters, curtains and outdoor blinds. The Service helps businesses measure, calculate and present quotes on-site.
2. Accounts & access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information when registering or requesting a demo.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service without our written permission.
4. Quotes & pricing
The Service provides tools to help you generate quotes. While we work to keep the calculation engine accurate, you remain responsible for verifying the measurements, product specifications, pricing and final quotes you produce and present to your customers. Finish Logic is not liable for errors in quotes generated using the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by Finish Logic (Pty) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. The data you enter into the platform remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, including offline functionality where supported, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finish Logic (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
